On Saturday, Nov. 11, Veteran’s Day, the country will honor and thank all military personnel who have served the United States. Heritage Pointe of Warren will offer many Veteran’s Day activities for local veterans, beginning on Nov. 6.

Veterans and their families are invited to attend the following activities:

Monday – Friday (Nov. 6-10): Free coffee from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at The Cove.

Friday, Nov. 10: Free ice cream from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 11: Huntington Veteran’s Day Parade begins at 10:00 a.m.

Monday, Nov. 13: Entertainment with Company Singers in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m.

“These activities are just a small way we can say thank you to those who have served our country in this way,” Donita Bauman, Heritage Pointe Communities Marketing Director said. “It is our chance to honor these brave men and women.”
